We are developing our coaching strategy at present. In January, we are looking for new people to bring ideas to our minor panel. For 2009, ultimately anyone is welcome to join our coaching panel - be it parents, friends or players (senior, junior and U16 plus).
The former Foundation and Level 1 courses are being replaced and the new courses will be run either weekends or week evenings, whatever proves most suitable.

REGISTRATION NIGHT SATURDAY JANUARY 17th
All underage children between 7-18 must register with the minor club this Saturday in Croghan Community Centre between 8-9pm.
THe registration is €30 per family and 20 per person.
Registration fees after this date cost €50 per family and €30 individually.
It is very important that team players i.e. ages 10-18 register on or before January 17th as the club has to assess and pass on team lists immediately to the County Minor board. Some of our teams may end up in 13 or 11 a-side competitions this year depending on numbers and in such an event we have been informed by the Co. Minor Board that named players on our list submitted are the only ones to be allowed play for the club hence the importance of registering now

Our calendars are in circulation throughout the parish and we would greatly appreciate your support. The cost is €10 and well worth a gander to see the achievements of the players in 2008!!!
The funds we raise enable us to carry out numerous events. It also contributes to buying equipment, gear and ensures our young players train in facilities with coaches that are the best they can be, as is deserving for these young stars.
Payment can be made to chairperson Patricia Beirne or secretary Chris O' Dowd.
